AI Automation Engineer (n8n + ClickUp + AI Agents) for Web Agency
We’re a Webflow-focused agency looking for an automation engineer who can help us build AI-driven systems using n8n, ClickUp API, Slack, Webflow, GA4, and LLMs. Your role is to create automations that streamline task creation and updates inside ClickUp, build a Slack agent that can respond to clients and manage tasks intelligently, and automate weekly and monthly client reports for our SEO, maintenance, and Buildspace clients. You’ll also help audit and improve our current systems by consolidating basic ClickUp automations into smarter, centralized AI workflows. To succeed, you should be highly fluent with n8n, comfortable working with APIs such as ClickUp, Slack, and OpenAI-compatible LLMs, and capable of writing lightweight JavaScript when needed inside code nodes. Strong documentation and communication skills are important because you’ll be helping us shape a long-term automation infrastructure. Experience with GA4, Webflow API, or agency operations is helpful but not required.
