Position Title: AI & Automation Consultant – Home Improvement Operations

Locations: NY + FL (remote OK)

Fast-growing design-build remodeling company expanding product sales, marketing reach, and multi-location operations. We are implementing AI and automation to streamline sales, design workflows, SOPs, and customer experience.
What You Will Do
• Map and optimize our sales → design → production workflows
• Build automation using tools like Zapier, Make, HubSpot/GoHighLevel, Airtable, Notion, Google Workspace, OpenAI
• Implement AI-assisted proposal, follow-up, and SOP systems
• Reduce manual admin tasks for sales and design teams
• Train internal Systems Owner to maintain automations
Must Have Experience
• Automation for service-based businesses (home services preferred)
• CRM automation + pipeline building
• AI integrations into business workflows
• SOP system development
• Multi-location operations a plus
Compensation
• Contract role to start (20–40 hrs/month)
• Potential long-term partnership
