Job Description: • This is a remote position. • We are seeking a Human-Machine Teaming Manager to lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of workflows and systems where humans and intelligent machines collaborate. • This role ensures effective, ethical, and efficient interaction between people and emerging technologies (AI systems, automation tools, robotics, etc.). • Key Responsibilities • Lead the development and deployment of human-machine collaboration strategies across business units. • Assess current workflows and identify opportunities where human-AI teaming enhances performance, safety, or decision quality. • Collaborate with AI engineers, product managers, and UX teams to ensure systems are designed with human needs and capabilities in mind. • Develop frameworks for shared control and decision-making between humans and machines. • Facilitate training and change management processes for employees interacting with intelligent systems. • Evaluate and monitor teaming performance through data analysis and feedback loops. • Ensure ethical, transparent, and inclusive integration of AI tools. • Create documentation and SOPs for optimal human-machine teaming. • Serve as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders. Requirements: • Must-Have: Bachelor's or Master’s in Human Factors, Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, AI/ML, Cognitive Science, Robotics, or related field. • 5+ years of experience in tech integration, operations management, or human factors design. • Knowledge of AI/ML systems, automation technologies, and UX principles. • Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills. • Experience with digital transformation and cross-functional collaboration. • Nice-to-Have: Familiarity with human-in-the-loop system design. • Experience in safety-critical environments (e.g., aerospace, healthcare, military). • Certifications in project management or systems engineering. • Soft Skills • Systems thinker with attention to human behavior. • Strategic mindset with operational execution capability. • Empathetic communicator who can bridge tech and people.
