About Us Capitalise Digital Co. is an Australian digital innovation company creating AIPA (AI Personal Assistant) — a collection of intelligent, ready-to-use AI agents built to simplify life for retired and semi-retired business owners. These assistants are designed to help with tasks that older professionals or retirees may find time-consuming or confusing — like managing bills, writing emails, organizing appointments, researching travel plans, or handling day-to-day digital tasks. We’re now looking for experienced AI automation developers or prompt engineers to help us build and deploy standalone AIPA agents that can be sold directly to customers (without SaaS integration yet). ⸻ The Project We want to launch a suite of pre-built AI agents that users can immediately access via: • Shareable links • Hosted chat interfaces • Notion / ChatGPT / Flowise / RelevanceAI / BuildMyAgent deployments • Or lightweight web dashboards These agents will be sold as one-off purchases, focusing on functionality, polish, and real-world usefulness. ⸻ Types of Agents to Develop We’re looking to develop and deploy a growing range of AI assistants including: • Bill & Account Manager: helps track, pay, and organize utility or subscription bills • Personal Scheduler: syncs with Google Calendar, sends reminders, and plans daily tasks • Email Assistant: writes, summarizes, and organizes emails automatically • ️ Lifestyle Concierge: helps with dinner reservations, travel planning, and event suggestions • Knowledge Assistant: finds and summarizes online information for decision-making • Wellness Companion: tracks health-related info, reminds about medications or appointments Each agent should feel simple, polished, and “done-for-you” — so customers can plug and play without needing setup knowledge. ⸻ Your Role You’ll be responsible for: • Designing and developing intelligent AI agents using tools such as BuildMyAgent, Flowise, RelevanceAI, or LangChain. • Creating pre-configured agent workflows ready for deployment. • Writing clean, well-structured prompts and logic for each assistant’s personality, tone, and workflow. • Integrating optional APIs (e.g., Google Calendar, Gmail, Notion, Zapier) when relevant. • Packaging and delivering the final agent as a shareable, ready-to-use asset (link or hosted instance). ⸻ Ideal Skills We’re seeking people with hands-on experience in: • AI automation tools (BuildMyAgent, Flowise, RelevanceAI, LangChain, Zapier, Make.com) • OpenAI API, GPT-4/5 integration, and custom agent logic • ️ Prompt engineering & agent memory design • ⚙️ Workflow setup for chat-based or task-based AI systems • (Bonus) Familiarity with older demographic UX — intuitive, minimal interfaces ⸻ Deliverables • 3–5 fully functional, polished AIPA agents (to start) • Each packaged with clear instructions, deployment link, and branding integration (logo, name, etc.) • Optional ongoing collaboration to refine, expand, and improve the library of AIPA agents ⸻ Why Work With Us • You’ll be part of an exciting project that blends tech, lifestyle, and real-world utility. • Fast-moving, creative environment — we value autonomy and trust. • Long-term potential for continued work or revenue-sharing as AIPA expands into SaaS. • Clear direction and ongoing collaboration — we already have branding, product tiers, and the AIPA roadmap in place. ⸻ How to Apply Please include: 1.
