These four entities are: Forestry & Utility Division Environmental Division Technology & Innovation Division Sustainability Division JOB SUMMARY: The Agronomists/Animal Scientist will contribute to a positive experience for both clients and farmers by assisting with data collection and development of content for a variety of reports and other deliverables. Agronomists/Animal Scientists work collaboratively across the organization on various aspects of projects, most notably for the pork industry. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential job functions: Assists Lead Agronomist with client relationships Manages pork client data onboarding Manages and retains producer relationships with pork producers from beginning to end of a project Responsible for agronomic and livestock data verification and data checks Communicates scientific explanations to various audiences Contributes to various projects within the Eocene client base Collaborates and communicates effectively with all levels of employees, both technical and non-technical Maintains regular and punctual attendance at work and meetings Support, actively participate, and act in accordance with Wright's and Eocene Environmental Group's culture of safety and employee ownership Comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations; maintains knowledge of and follows all company polies and procedures OTHER DUTIES: Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
