Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in the agriculture sector, and use this knowledge to inform and guide the bank's approach.
Lead a team of agriculture specialists and provide them with guidance, support and mentorship to ensure they are equipped to deliver exceptional service to clients.
Oversee the development and maintenance of relationships with key stakeholders in the agriculture industry, including clients, partners, and regulatory bodies.
Collaborate with other departments within the bank to identify and pursue opportunities for innovation and growth within the agriculture sector.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential risks and opportunities for HSBC's agriculture portfolio.
Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential risks associated with financing agricultural projects.
