Your journey starts now—protect and innovate with MANTECH! MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Agile Product Owner to join our team. This is a remote position. As an Agile Product Owner (PO) you will be a member of an Agile Team responsible for defining Stories and prioritizing the Team Backlog to streamline the execution of program priorities while maintaining the conceptual and technical integrity of the Features or components for the team. The PO has a significant role in maximizing the value produced by the team and ensuring Stories meet the user’s needs and comply with the Definition of Done. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Support product roadmap and release schedules Conceptualize, define, and prioritize features based on opportunities, resources, and customer needs to meet mission goals In collaboration with key stakeholders, lead the Agile team through execution and roll-out of changes and features Make sprints more efficient by identifying what goes in and what does not Advise the Government product stakeholders so they can make key product decisions Assist with product management Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree Experience serving in a Product Owner role for Legacy Systems undergoing modernization and eventually being replaced. Preferred Qualifications: Experience/familiarity with TMIP-J systems Clearance Requirements: Must have a current/active secret security clearance. Physical Requirements: Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc. Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer Often positions self to maintain computers in the lab, including under the desks and in the server closet Frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate in The projected compensation range for this position is $87,400.00-$145,300.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
