Job description: Task Force Talent is seeking an Agile Coach/Scrum Master with an active TS/SCI FSP security clearance to support a number of highly specialized government contracts. Target salary range is 100k - 200k, depending on experience level.
Our client for this role is a small company with very unique experience and expertise in cybersecurity and related areas. Candidates should have a background or experience in a technical area, excellent teamwork skills, and be willing to learn. Ideally, candidates also know something about networks, forensics, software engineering, or similar areas. This is uniquely rewarding, high-impact work that cannot be done elsewhere.

Qualifications
• U.S. citizen with active TS/SCI FSP security clearance. (Sorry, we are unable to sponsor or upgrade clearances for this role.)
• Scrum Master certification
• Experience as a scrum master and implementing Agile processes, including gathering requirements, implementing appropriate measurements, etc.
• Experience teaching/coaching Agile processes, both in-person and online.
• Experience teaching and facilitating agile coaching in-person and virtual courses for at least 20 to 30 attendees per session.
• Experience gathering requirements as well as identifying and validating appropriate Agile measurements
All positions are full-time, in-office, usually in a SCIF.

The process typically involves an initial phone screen followed by technical interviews. Contigent offers are usually made quickly, within a week or two. Depending on the level of experience and terms of the contract, additional interviews may be required with a prime contractor/partners or the end customer.
