Key Responsibilities:-
ā¢ Facilitate basic Scrum ceremonies like daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives for small development teams.
ā¢ Assist in backlog grooming by documenting simple user stories and acceptance criteria from stakeholder input.
ā¢ Support business analysis tasks, such as gathering entry-level requirements through interviews and creating process flows or basic diagrams.
ā¢ Remove minor team impediments and promote Agile best practices to foster collaboration.
ā¢ Track sprint progress using tools like Jira or Trello and report basic metrics to leadership.
Required Qualifications
ā¢ Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
ā¢ Foundational knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
ā¢ Entry-level: 0-1 year experience
ā¢ Strong communication skills for remote team interactions via Zoom/Slack.
Preferred Skills
ā¢ Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, or Miro for Agile workflows.
ā¢ Basic understanding of user story mapping and requirements elicitation.
ā¢ Excellent organizational skills and a passion for continuous improvement in fast-paced settings.
ā¢ Ability to thrive remotely with self-motivation.
