Kurv’s Third-Party Channel builds and manages strategic relationships with ISOs, agents, software platforms, and other referral partners that drive new merchant acquisition.
Qualified candidates for the Recruiter position will:
Source entrepreneurial minded 1099 Sales Agents
Develop recruiting strategies designed to fit our agent model and recruiting needs
Potentially attend trade shows, industry events and career fairs.
Evaluate candidates’ based on their strengths that fit our agent needs and compensation structure
Build and maintain relationships with industry contacts, gain industry knowledge, and attain referrals
Proactively source candidates using multiple means, thinking outside the box (internet, associations, recruiting events, etc)
Qualified candidates for the Recruiter position must:
Have the hunter mentality, including significant cold calling
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to technology
Proficiency in navigating social networking sites.
Manage a CRM portfolio and capitalize on any organizationally assigned leads.
Be available to work before and after typical office hours as needed
Possess strong written and oral communication skills
Have a desire to learn and advance in a fast paced, deadline driven sales environment
Be capable of regularly using good judgment and discretion to accomplish goals and work requirements.
