Agency Support Representative
CURE Auto Insurance is an organization focused on enhancing relationships with agency partners, and they are seeking an Agency Support Representative. This role involves supporting the Agency Team with data organization, maintaining documentation, and communicating updates to agencies. Responsibilities Support the Agency Team with organizing and maintaining partner data Maintain our internal Agency Dashboard Acquire necessary documentation from newly appointed agencies Maintain agency licenses and contracts Notify IT of changes in agency information Notify accounting department of changes in agency financial information Email agency’s policy information on a weekly basis Create and distribute quarterly agency commission statements Email agencies procedure updates Maintain agency’s producer information Organize agency growth data monthly Provide feedback and updates to the Agency Team as needed Skills High school diploma or equivalent required Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Familiar with Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Meet, Drive) Good organizational skills and attention to detail Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Associate or bachelor degree is a plus Some familiarity with auto insurance processes, terminology, and customer lifecycle will be helpful Willingness to learn tools such Guidewire and other company systems Interest in customer experience, service improvement, or business operations Benefits Flexible work hours Hybrid schedule Company Overview At CURE, we don’t need reform to do what’s right.
