Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team! In this role, you will be at the forefront of identifying, engaging, and securing top talent across various departments. Duties
• Develop and execute comprehensive recruiting strategies using platforms like Linkedin, ATS, Apollo, Zoominfo
• Conduct thorough research on industry trends, competitor hiring practices, and labor market conditions to inform sourcing strategies.
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including screening resumes, conducting interviews, negotiating offers, and onboarding new hires.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide expert guidance on talent acquisition best practices.
• Utilize social media management tools and ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and maintain accurate records.
• Engage in campus recruitment efforts by establishing relationships with universities and participating in career fairs to attract emerging talent.
• Lead candidate outreach through cold calling, email campaigns, and leveraging employee referral programs to generate quality leads for open positions.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruiting roles with familiarity engaging in cold calling, and sourcing
• Strong knowledge of HR sourcing techniques, employment law, contracts, employee orientation, and employee evaluation processes.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively and build rapport with candidates and hiring managers alike.
• Experience in executive recruiting or specialized fields such as HR management or sales is highly desirable.
• Proficiency with social media management tools and platforms like Salesforce for lead generation and candidate engagement.
• Solid understanding of employment & labor law compliance including labor standards and legal hiring practices.
