Agency Associate
About the role
The 33rd Team is seeking a remote, full-time associate to support our media agency. The Agency Associate will assist on a variety of projects, with an emphasis on video editing and social distribution. The Agency Associate will be a core piece of an emerging side of The 33rd Teamβs media business, assisting on production and distribution for a number of partner podcasts. This is a full-time role for a rising content creator with a passion for sports. An ideal candidate is a deft video editor, quick learner, and willing collaborator who works well with others. The Agency Associate will handle content creation and distribution for emerging and established podcasts in the NFL space, and must be plugged into the league to truly excel in this role.
What you'll do
Video Editing: Cut 15-20 reels and 5-10 longform VODs per week in Adobe Premiere Pro
Social Distribution: Publish and manage output across YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Instagram Reels, and X β including caption writing, scheduling, and day-to-day community engagement
Graphic Creation: Create video thumbnails and on-screen graphics for vertical videos
Qualifications
Experience: 1-2 years of experience creating content
Software Expertise: Adobe Premiere fluency
Industry Knowledge: Interest in & Knowledge of the NFL media landscape & social trends
Schedule: Willingness to work some nights and weekends
Nice to Have
Design Skills: Experience with Adobe Photoshop and/or Canva
