Behavior Therapist (Part-Time) – ABA Squad | Hampton, GAABA Squad is a clinical ABA company committed to providing high-quality, ethically sound Applied Behavior Analysis services to children with autism and other developmental disabilities. We offer ABA therapy, social skills groups, school readiness, tutoring, literacy training, and caregiver education.Our team is passionate, diverse, and united by the mission to make meaningful, lasting change through the science of behavior. We're currently seeking an enthusiastic Part-Time Behavior Therapist to join our growing team. This role has the potential to become full-time with benefits.A quick note: Because of the sensitive nature of the work we do, we’re looking for team members who are interested in long-term roles. At this time, we’re not able to consider seasonal or short-term applicants.What We Offer
Sign-On Bonus:
$200 with valid 40-Hour RBT Training Certificate
$500 for active RBTs in good standing
Performance Bonus:
Earn up to $1,600 annually (paid quarterly)
Competitive Pay: $22.00 – $30.00/hour
Supportive Environment: Regular supervision, in-person/online training, and a collaborative culture
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 2:45 PM – 6:00 PM
Work Setting: In-home, in-person
Responsibilities
Implement ABA therapy programs as designed by a BCBA
Collect and record data on skill acquisition and behavior reduction
Graph data and track client progress
Assist in creating program materials
Model and support parent training when needed
Submit documentation per insurance and clinical standards
Participate in staff training and development
Qualifications
RBT Certification in good standing, or willingness to obtain prior to start
Experience working with children preferred
High school diploma or equivalent required
Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Comfortable using technology for clinical data and documentation
