After-hours On Call Coordinator
Phoenix Home Care and Hospice is adding an After-Hours On Call Coordinator to our St. Louis, Mo Team!

Job Duties:
Ā 5pm-8am Monday through Friday and 24 hours Saturday and Sunday.
Ā Represent Phoenix Home Care and the After-hours On Call department in a professional and courteous manner at all times.
Ā Develop and maintains relationships with clients by providing high quality customer service.
Ā Responsible for all communication with clients and staff after normal office hours on weekdays, weekends, or observed holidays.
Ā Respond to all after hours worker injury calls and refers employee to appropriate medical facility for treatment.
Ā Must work well in fast paced environment and adapt quickly to changing conditions
Ā Oversee all field staff and re-staff as necessary... when the main office is closed
Ā Be available to take calls as directed by the Manager
Requirements
Ā Prior scheduling experience preferred
Ā Multi-tasker
Ā Great phone etiquette
Ā Must be organized
Ā Must be at least 18 years of age.
Ā Education/Licensure: High school diploma or equivalent.
Ā Will train the right candidate!
