Affordable Production Analyst

The Affordable Production Analyst supports the origination and execution of multifamily financing transactions, assisting with loan sizing, financial analysis, and managing deal data while ensuring accuracy and organization in a fast-paced environment.ResponsibilitiesInput and model multifamily property data and prepare Narrative Packages for Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and other capital sourcesUpload and manage quote packages within DUS Gateway and Freddie Mac OUS systemsTrack and organize all quotes presented to clients, including maintaining a comprehensive debt matrixAssist the production team in tracking deals throughout underwritingPrepare Transition Memos for all deals upon execution of a signed applicationParticipate in kick-off meetings with producers, underwriters, and closers for loans under applicationServe as a liaison between production, underwriting, and closing teams throughout the transaction lifecycleMaintain, manage, and update the team pipeline reportEnsure deal information in Salesforce is accurate and reflects current deal status, including completing lost-deal reportingMine client SREOs for potential refinance opportunitiesSupport marketing efforts, including drafting press releases, creating deal tombstones, and coordinating with W&D Marketing on client eventsInterface with clients, mortgage brokers, lenders, and other transaction participantsCommunicate and problem-solve daily with teammates, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders, sometimes in conjunction with travelTravel as required for industry events, client meetings, and property inspections or toursPerform other duties as assignedAttendance is generally required from 8:30 am â 5:30 pm local time, Tuesday through Thursday, with the option to work remotely on Mondays and FridaysSkillsBachelor's degree or equivalent work experience1+ year of experience in accounting, finance, or a related field preferredKnowledge of commercial real estate finance preferredProficiency with Salesforce, Box, and Microsoft OfficeStrong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate data and make decisions using incomplete or imperfect informationExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong time management skills and attention to detailAbility to show ownership of your work, embrace challenges and growth opportunities, and demonstrate patience when learning new processesDemonstrates courtesy, respect, and thoughtfulness when teaming with colleagues and collaborating with stakeholders1+ year of experience in accounting, finance, or a related field preferredKnowledge of commercial real estate finance preferredProficiency with Salesforce, Box, and Microsoft OfficeBenefitsUp to 83% subsidized medical payroll deductionsCompetitive dental and vision benefits401(k) + matchPre-tax transit and commuting benefitsA robust health and wellness program â earn cash rewards and gain access to resources that promote health, engagement, and balancePaid maternity and parental leave, as well as other family paid leave programsCompany-paid life, short and long-term disability insuranceHealth Savings Account and Healthcare and Dependent Care Flexible SpendingCareer development opportunitiesEmpowerment and encouragement to give back â volunteer hours and donation matchingCompany OverviewWalker & Dunlop is a commercial real estate finance and advisory firm that creates strong capital markets and investment sales capabilities.
