Role Description
This is a part-time remote position for an Affordable Leasing Specialist. The Affordable Leasing Specialist will be responsible for managing the leasing process, assisting with lease administration, annual recertifications, maintaining positive relationships with residents, and providing exceptional customer service. The role involves daily communication with prospective tenants, current residents, and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with affordable housing standards.
Qualifications
• Experience in lease administration and managing leasing processes
• Proficiency in resident retention strategies and customer service skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of affordable housing compliance guidelines is a plus
• Organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment
