Who We Are:

Founded in 2015 by a dad of two, Bark is an online safety company that helps families protect their kids online and in real life. Over the past decade, we’ve transformed into the industry leader of safer tech for children, garnering recognition from TIME Magazine, Wired, The New York Times, Forbes, and countless other publications.

We’re at the forefront of the online safety revolution, designing and building smart devices that families need with parental controls that actually work. Our Bark Phone, Bark Watch, Bark Home, and Bark app are enabling today’s parents to help keep their kids safe like never before — and we’re just getting started.

Bark is also deeply committed to education and community impact. Through our Bark Community Partners program, we work with schools, nonprofits, and local organizations to provide online safety resources, training, tools, and safer technology to families and educators.

At the heart of Bark is our hard-working team of remote employees who are passionate about our mission. We care about our work, each other, and building a safer digital world each and every day.

As our Affiliate Program Manager, you will own the day-to-day management and growth of Bark’s affiliate program, ensuring strong partner performance, accurate tracking, and brand-safe traffic. You’ll build and nurture relationships with high-quality affiliates, monitor performance and compliance, and identify opportunities to optimize and scale the program. Working closely with the Director of Partnership Growth and cross-functional teams, you’ll deliver clear insights, manage partner communications, and help drive sustainable, mission-aligned revenue growth.

Job Responsibilities:
• Manage the day-to-day operations of Bark’s affiliate program, including partner onboarding, communications, and tracking accuracy within Impact Radius.
• Review, vet, and process inbound affiliate applications to ensure alignment with Bark’s quality standards, traffic requirements, and brand guidelines.
• Identify, research, and support outreach to new affiliate, publisher, and partner opportunities in alignment with growth objectives.
• Monitor daily partner performance and traffic to assess traffic source health, identify optimization opportunities, and detect potential fraud, compliance issues, or anomalies.
• Coordinate with partners and internal teams to address performance issues, resolve concerns, and maintain program integrity.
• Prepare and deliver regular performance reports, including weekly and monthly summaries, insights, and recommendations, to the Director of Partnership Growth.
• Collaborate with the Director of Partnership Growth and cross-functional teams to communicate partner needs related to tracking, promotional mechanics, and asset requirements.
• Support the development, distribution, and maintenance of partner-facing creative assets and promotional materials.
• Manage partner communications, including newsletters, product updates, and promotional announcements.
• Maintain accurate partner terms, offers, and placement details within affiliate platforms and internal documentation.
• Monitor competitive activity, affiliate marketing trends, and emerging traffic sources, and communicate relevant findings to leadership.

Requirements:
• 4–7 years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnership management, or performance-based marketing roles.
• Experience managing affiliate programs or partner portfolios, including onboarding, performance monitoring, and partner communications.
• Hands-on experience with affiliate tracking platforms, preferably Impact Radius or similar tools.
• Working knowledge of tracking, attribution, and performance measurement across digital marketing channels.
• Experience reviewing traffic sources and identifying potential fraud, compliance concerns, or quality issues.
• Ability to evaluate partner opportunities and negotiate terms in alignment with business objectives and budget considerations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present insights, recommendations, and performance updates clearly.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort working within defined guardrails and escalating risks, opportunities, or decisions as appropriate.
• Willingness to learn and apply new tools and technologies, including AI-enabled workflows, to improve efficiency and outcomes.
• Alignment with Bark’s mission and values, with a collaborative and feedback-oriented approach to work.
