Affiliate Marketing Manager (Build & Scale Full Program – Setup to Partner Recruitment) - Contract to Hire
We are looking for an experienced Affiliate Marketing Manager to build, launch, and scale a high-performance affiliate program from the ground up. This is not a maintenance role — we need someone who can own the entire affiliate channel end-to-end, from system setup to recruiting and managing top-performing partners. You’ll be responsible for turning affiliate marketing into a major customer acquisition channel for our business. About Us: We operate multiple high-growth digital brands, including in home services (lead generation) and direct-to-consumer markets. Our focus is performance-driven marketing, high-intent leads, and scalable acquisition channels. Scope of Work: 1. Platform Setup & Infrastructure Recommend and implement affiliate platform (e.g., Impact, Refersion, ShareASale, PartnerStack, etc.) Configure tracking, attribution, and reporting Set up commission structures (CPL / CPA / Rev Share depending on campaign) Integrate with CRM / funnels (GoHighLevel, landing pages, tracking tools) Ensure compliance (TCPA, consent language, proper disclosures) 2. Program Strategy Develop affiliate program structure and positioning Define ideal partner profiles (publishers, influencers, media buyers, networks) Create compelling offers and payouts to attract top affiliates Build onboarding flows and partner resources 3. Affiliate Recruitment Actively recruit high-quality affiliate partners Outreach via email, LinkedIn, affiliate networks, communities Build relationships with top-tier publishers and media buyers Negotiate deals and placements 4. Partner Management & Growth Manage day-to-day affiliate relationships Optimize partner performance (creative, funnels, offers) Monitor traffic quality and conversion rates Prevent fraud and ensure lead quality Scale winning partners aggressively 5. Creative & Campaign Support Coordinate ad creatives, landing pages, and tracking links Provide affiliates with high-converting assets Collaborate on testing angles and offers 6. Reporting & Optimization Track KPIs: CAC, ROI, conversion rates, volume Provide weekly performance reports Continuously optimize payouts and partner mix Requirements: Proven experience building and scaling affiliate programs from scratch Strong network of affiliates, publishers, or media buyers Experience with platforms like Impact, Refersion, CJ, ShareASale, or similar Deep understanding of performance marketing (CPL, CPA, Rev Share) Experience in lead generation and/or home services is a major plus Familiarity with tracking tools, pixels, and attribution Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills Nice to Have: Experience with GoHighLevel, ActiveProspect, or similar lead systems Experience in compliance-heavy environments (TCPA, consent-based marketing) Existing affiliate relationships that can be activated quickly
