Description

The Affiliate Marketing Manager is responsible for recruiting new affiliates, managing and optimizing relationships with current partners, and driving performance across various channels. This role will collaborate closely with the marketing team to align affiliate strategies with overall business goals, monitor performance metrics, and identify new opportunities for growth. This position requires a strategic mindset, marketing technology skills, excellent relationship-building skills, adaptability, critical thinking, functional execution skills, and a data-driven approach to decision-making.

Core Responsibilities
• Affiliate Partner Recruiting & Onboarding: Develop and implement strategies to grow the affiliate program, driving traffic and sales through partnerships. Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates and partners to the program. Ensure affiliates receive the resources and support needed to succeed.
• Affiliate Relationship Management: Maintain positive relationships with existing affiliate partners to ensure performance expectations are met. Communicate regularly with affiliate partners regarding promotions, offers, and program updates. Address any affiliate program related issues quickly and efficiently to maintain smooth affiliate relationships.
• Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor affiliate activity and analyze performance metrics. Provide performance reports to management, highlighting key insights and areas for improvement. Identify opportunities to improve affiliate performance and increase revenue through data analysis.
• Compliance & System Management: Ensure all affiliate relationships comply with program terms and conditions. Manage and troubleshoot the affiliate management system to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Collaborate with appropriate team personnel to ensure tracking systems are fully functional and reliable.

• Steadily increase affiliate-driven traffic and revenue growth.
• High levels of affiliate satisfaction through effective communication and support.
• Continually improve affiliate channel performance through strategic recruitment, management, and promotion.
• Provide timely and accurate reports of affiliate metrics to inform business decisions.

• Strong knowledge of affiliate networks, platforms, and tools.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to analyze and interpret performance data to optimize campaigns.
• Proficiency in digital marketing channels such as SEO, email marketing, and social media.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Prior Work Experience & Requirements
• Proven experience in affiliate marketing or partner channel management.
• Experience in analyzing performance data and implementing improvements.

Leadership & Execution
• Must be results-driven, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute affiliate growth strategies.
• Self-starter who thrives in a remote work environment and can manage multiple projects effectively.

Compensation

We offer a competitive base salary starting at $60,000 a year with a performance-based bonus structure, including a commission tied directly to the growth and success of the affiliate program.
