What You'll Be Crafting
Plan, execute, and scale affiliate and influencer (KOL) marketing campaigns focused on driving revenue and conversions.Identify, recruit, and onboard high-potential KOLs / creators across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.Collaborate closely with KOLs to develop content ideas and angles that convert, not just engage.Build and optimize affiliate programs, including commission structures, tracking systems, and performance frameworks.Monitor and analyze campaign performance (ROI, CPA, conversion rate), making data-driven decisions to scale winning creators and strategies.Develop strong relationships with top-performing KOLs to drive long-term partnerships and consistent sales contribution.Work closely with media buyers and creative teams to align on high-performing hooks, messaging, and offers.Stay updated on market trends, platform changes, and emerging creators to continuously unlock new growth opportunities.
Your Superpowers
2–4 years of experience in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, or performance marketing.Strong understanding of sales-driven campaigns and how to translate content into conversions.Proven experience in managing KOL campaigns that drive measurable results (revenue, ROI, conversions).Experience working in a marketing agency or fast-paced environment is a strong advantage.Strong communication and negotiation skills when working with creators and partners.Analytical mindset with the ability to track, interpret, and optimize campaign performance metrics.Fluent in both Mandarin and English, with strong communication skills for creator collaboration and stakeholder alignment.High ownership, adaptability, and ability to thrive in a fast-moving, performance-driven environment.A genuine passion for creator economy, digital marketing, and driving business growth through partnerships.
