Position: Customer Support Representative - Remote
Job Responsibilities:

• * Remote Assistance: Engage with customers remotely to assist in navigating our products and services, ensuring a seamless experience.
• * Knowledgeable Guidance: Stay updated on Aetna products, services, and policies to provide accurate information and guidance to customers.
• * Problem Resolution: Effectively address and resolve customer complaints... escalating issues when necessary to ensure swift resolution.
• * Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions.
• Required Skills:
• * Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to articulate information clearly and professionally.
• * Empathy: Ability to understand and empathize with customer needs, demonstrating a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction.
