Job Responsibilities:
Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and resolve concerns promptly and courteously.
Remote Assistance: Engage with customers remotely to assist in navigating our products and services, ensuring a seamless experience.
Knowledgeable Guidance: Stay updated on Aetna products, services, and policies to provide accurate information and guidance to customers.
Problem Resolution: Effectively address and resolve customer complaints, escalating issues when necessary to ensure swift resolution.
Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions.
Required Skills:
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to articulate information clearly and professionally.
Empathy: Ability to understand and empathize with customer needs, demonstrating a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction.
Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using remote communication tools, navigating computer systems, and troubleshooting basic technical issues.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer support or a related field is preferred.
