Job title: Adwords PPC Specialist for Virtual Coworker (Home Based Part Time) Company: Virtual Coworker Job description: We are seeking a skilled individual to assist us with our bolthires Ads campaigns. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience with bolthires Ads and bolthires Analytics, as well as a strong understanding of HR & Business Services. The candidate should be able to analyze our current campaigns and provide recommendations for optimization. They should also be able to create new campaigns and ad groups that align with our business goals and bolthires audience. In addition, the candidate should have experience with A/B testing and be able to provide insights to improve campaign performance. Responsibilities and Expectations • Plan, manage and execute paid search/Pay per Click (PPC) campaigns, including but not limited to campaign development, organization, and day-to-day management • Responsible for ongoing optimization efforts to meet campaign objectives, including daily management of the campaign, on-site conversion actions, bid management, keyword expansion, ad copy/creative testing, and landing page recommendations based on performance • Responsible for implementing tactical improvements to meet our ROI and CPA objectives • Daily use of reporting, analytics, and trend tools, including but not limited to bolthires Analytics and bolthires Ads. Produce month-end performance reports, quarterly plans, and additional ad hoc analyses as required • Development of tracking methods and reports to identify PPC performance (e.g. CPL, CTR & Conversion metrics) at the most granular level Expected salary: Location: West Hollywood, CA Apply for the job now!
