Advertising Partnerships Coordinator

The Ad Partnerships Coordinator will be responsible for monitoring inventory performance, optimizing demand paths, and assisting with reporting and partnership communications within the Ad Sales team. Responsibilities Monitor and optimize partner demand integrations on Tivo+ inventory to ensure they meet performance goals and partner expectations Proactively identify and resolve any issues related to ad delivery, discrepancies, technical problems, and performance concerns Assist Ad Seals team with operational tasks such as tracking of sales contacts and keeping all necessary contracts organized and up to date Generate and analyze performance reports, providing insights and recommendations for optimization Maintain detailed records of processes, creative collateral and work flows in Confluence Work closely with the sales, product, and finance teams Stay up to date on industry trends and provide feedback to Sales and Marketing on recommended process and system improvements.
