Advertising Assistant
Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant to support our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing and will be responsible for various tasks that contribute to the overall success of our projects. This role requires excellent organizational skills, a passion for social media, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Duties
ā¢ Assist in developing and implementing social media marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
ā¢ Support product management efforts by coordinating product launches and maintaining product documentation.
ā¢ Contribute to budgeting processes by tracking expenses and assisting with financial reporting.
ā¢ Collaborate on print advertising campaigns, ensuring that all materials align with brand guidelines.
ā¢ Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive analysis.
ā¢ Utilize Google Analytics to monitor website performance and generate reports on key metrics.
ā¢ Assist in advertising sales efforts by preparing presentations and supporting client communications.
Requirements
ā¢ Proven experience or coursework in marketing or related fields.
ā¢ Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
ā¢ Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data from Google Analytics.
ā¢ Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
ā¢ Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing individual tasks effectively.
ā¢ Strong written and verbal communication skills.
ā¢ Knowledge of budgeting processes is a plus but not required.
ā¢ Experience in print advertising or advertising sales is advantageous.
