Adult Mental Health Support Services Counselor (QMHP/T) Annual Salary: $48,317 Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of adults facing mental health challenges? We offer a wide range of programs for children and adults living with mental illness, developmental disabilities, and/or substance use disorders. The Mental Health Regional Supervised Housing Program supports adults living with severe mental illness, including those with co-occurring substance use disorders, by providing a safe and structured living environment that maximizes independence and reduces hospital admissions. Staff work closely with individuals to engage them in psychiatric and substance use treatment, assist with benefits and applications, and connect them to vocational, educational, and psychosocial programs. Priority is given to adults from Region V who are ready for discharge from Eastern State Hospital or whose needs can safely be met in the community. Position Overview As an Adult Mental Health Support Services Counselor, you will assess client needs, develop individualized service plans, and provide direct support in residential and community settings. Your work will support client recovery, promote independence, and ensure safety while maintaining the highest quality of mental health services.
