Shift Availability for ADON/Infection Preventionist: • Full-Time, Salary • Mon-Fri Days • Some schedule flexibility required due to needs of the facility. • On-call rotation responsibilities Benefits of ADON position: • $6,000 sign-on BONUS • Loan forgiveness and tuition reimbursement • Generous paid time off, including additional holiday pay. • Comprehensive benefits for all full-time positions starting week 2 of employment. • 403(b) Retirement Plan with company match • On-site Fitness Center and pool -- FREE for staff! • Employee Wellness Program • Unlimited referral bonuses; up to $3000 per referral • On-site LGH Healthworks clinic -- FREE for FT staff Responsibilities of ADON: • Assistant DON with the overall management of the nursing department. • Supervise staff. • Infection Control Protocols and Procedure implementation • Ensure quality care and effective teamwork. • Reporting and documenting infection control CDC regulations • Responsible for infection prevention and control procedures • Responsible for leading quality assurance program. We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer. #RNSJ Requirements Qualifications of ADON: • Current RN license in good standing; required • Bachelor's degree in Nursing, preferred • 5 or more years of recent nursing or clinical experience (including management level roles) • Current knowledge of state and federal regulations pertaining to long term care • CPR certification • Positive interpersonal skills • Strong communication and organization skills Apply tot his job
