Title: Marketing Automation Specialist(Adobe Campaign)
Location Type: Remote
Contract Length: 6 months with extension or conversion
Pay Range: $40 - $45/hr
Must Haves:
⢠5+ years hands-on with Adobe Campaign Classic (V7/V8) ā including configuration, workflows, schemas/custom resources, typologies, deliveries.
⢠Deep understanding of Camapign use cases, best practices, multi-channel campaign orchestration.
⢠Strong ability to design and execute complex, large-scale marketing/automation workflows.
⢠Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript for emails/landing pages/debugging.
⢠Experience with REST API integrations (upstream/downstream systems, data ingestion, outbound calls).
⢠Strong segmentation, data management, and troubleshooting skills.
⢠Experience mentoring or leading junior engineers (2ā3 people).
⢠Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
⢠Ability to work remote with EST overlap until at least 11 AM EST.
(D2D):
⢠Lead implementation + ongoing configuration of Adobe Campaign Classic V8.
⢠Build, optimize, and launch multi-channel campaigns, workflows, audiences, content blocks, fragments, typologies.
⢠Own data quality: segmentation logic, deduping, targeting accuracy.
⢠Create and maintain marketing automation workflows.
⢠Develop dynamic content & personalization strategies.
⢠Troubleshoot campaign issues across workflows, deliveries, APIs, templates, and data flows.
⢠Mentor junior engineers: code reviews, solution review, task delegation.
⢠Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MarTech, Data, Product, IT).
⢠Manage and enhance REST API integrations and data pipelines.
⢠Support development of HTML/JS-based components used in Campaign deliveries.
Nice-to-Haves (Plusses)
⢠Adobe Campaign Classic Certification.
⢠Experience in financial services/lending (data structures, compliance-heavy environment).
⢠Exposure to other Adobe Experience Cloud products (AEP, AJO, Target, Analytics).
⢠Experience migrating from V7 V8.
⢠SQL skills for deeper data troubleshooting.
