About the TeamOn the Admissions Team, our goal is to help prospective students understand how Campus can meet their academic needs and support them closely throughout the evaluation and enrollment process. This team is composed of Admissions Counselors across the country who interact with potential students on a daily basis. Our Admissions Counselors serve as the first point of contact for prospective students as they explore their college options. About the RoleWe are seeking an Admissions Counselor whose primary responsibility will be to increase overall student enrollment, educate prospective students on the value of Campus, and participate in the college admissions process. This role requires close collaboration with Marketing, Student Success, and other internal teams to ensure a seamless transition for students by establishing processes, procedures, and customer service standards, and ensuring their effective implementation for all prospective students.You're excited about this opportunity because you will... Make outbound calls, emails, SMS, and live chats to potential students who have requested information about Campus programsOwn the full-cycle admissions processEvaluate the prospective student's needs, interests, and qualifications while providing clear and concise information to help the prospective student make an informed decision on program/course offerings, delivery mode, and school fitPresent information accurately and ethically regarding the school, program offerings, structure, accreditation, cost, and benefits specific to the prospective studentGenerate inquiries from prospective students that convert to enrolled studentsShare the value of Campus with prospective studentsAssist in reducing pre-enrollment attritionWe're excited about you because... You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related fieldYou have 1 to 2 years of experience in higher education admissions and recruitingYou have experience in a KPI/ metric driven environment with a sense of urgencyYou have a deep understanding of the sales process and the challenges and opportunities it presentsYou have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving startup environmentYou have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and are able to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levelsYou are proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyYou have a passion for ensuring access to higher educationNice to have: You are proficient in working within Salesforce or a related CRM system and advanced knowledge of GSuiteWhat you’ll get:A compensation package that includes a base salary ($47,000 - $56,000) + equity grant Actual compensation within the pay range will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location. For roles that are available to be filled remotely, base salary is localized according to employee work location.
