We are seeking a high-performing Admissions Coordinator who is currently working in a clinical admissions, or similar sales role and is ready to bring their expertise into a purpose-driven clinical environment.
This is not an entry-level opportunity. We are specifically looking for professionals who are actively managing pipelines, closing conversions, and working within KPI-driven environments today.
Who You Are
You are currently in an admissions, intake, or sales role with measurable performance expectations
You consistently meet or exceed conversion goals and KPIs
You are confident managing a high-volume pipeline and guiding decisions
You bring a balance of empathy and urgency, knowing when to support and when to close
You thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

The Role
As an Admissions Coordinator, you will serve as the first point of contact for individuals and families seeking treatment. You will own the admissions process from first call through conversion, helping clients access life-changing care while managing a high-performance pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
Manage inbound calls and inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and urgency
Assess client needs and guide placement into appropriate levels of care
Own and actively manage a full admissions pipeline from inquiry to conversion
Verify insurance benefits and clearly communicate financial responsibility
Secure payment arrangements in collaboration with billing
Document all activity in CRM systems (Salesforce or similar)
Apply motivational interviewing and proven sales techniques to support decision-making
Maintain accurate, timely pipeline notes and reporting
Consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs
Participate in team standups and performance coaching sessions
