PRN Nurse will travel to assigned client locations to perform Initial Admissions and follow up visits via Assessments within Client place of residence. RN will evaluate patient’s condition, completing appropriate clinical documentation under the direction of the Nursing Supervisor or Director. RN will implement and update Patient Care Plan in conjunction with patient and family to assist them in achieving optimal resolution of needs/problems, document, and report to Nursing Supervisor. Positions available ASAP Service Locations: Choose Your Locations willing to travel Wake County, Orange County, Durham County, Johnson County, Nash County Licensure/Certification Requirements: Unrestricted NC Registered Nursing License Required Current CPR certification TB Test Salary Competitive Flat Rate $30 per Admission and/or Assessment Office hours as needed @ Hourly Pay Rate of $30 • Flexible Work schedule (Pick your own schedule, pick your own days, pick your own time, pick your locations) * Additional Requirements NC drivers’ license in good standing – Active Car Insurance Current TB Current CPR Must work well independently, enjoy problem solving and understand the importance of accurate documentation Experience: Minimum Nursing: 1 year (Preferred) What does Broadway Home Care offer me?
