Administrator/Coordinator (Remote)

Our client is seeking a talented and organized Schedule Service Coordinator to join the team remotely. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently coordinating and managing interview schedules for high-level executive searches. You will serve as a pivotal point of contact between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring smooth scheduling processes. To learn more about the recruitment company handling the search please visit our website: Key Responsibilities • Coordinate and organize interview schedules between candidates and clients • Manage multiple calendars, ensuring timely communication and confirmations • Handle and resolve scheduling conflicts proactively • Maintain an updated record of interviews and facilitate follow-up communications • Utilize scheduling software and tools to optimize scheduling efficiency • Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed • Contribute to continuous improvement of scheduling processes Requirements • Associate's degree or equivalent experience; Bachelor's degree preferred • 2+ years of experience in scheduling, administrative roles, or customer service • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling tools • Exceptional organizational and time management skills • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote environment • Experience in recruiting or executive search services is a plus Benefits Work Environment • 100% remote position with flexible hours • Must be based in the United States Compensation & Benefits • Base salary range: $75,000 - $95,000, depending on experience • Performance-based bonuses • Comprehensive benefits package including: • Medical, dental, and vision insurance with 80% employer contribution • 401(k) with 4% company match • Mental health and wellness benefits • Life insurance and disability coverage Equal Employment Opportunity and Non-Discrimination Policy Equal Employment Opportunity Statement: Both Keller Executive Search and our clients are Equal Opportunity Employers.
