Key Responsibilities:
• Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, and other communications, ensuring timely responses and smooth customer interaction.
• Maintain and update schedules, calendars, and contact lists for team members and management.
• Assist in preparing documents, reports, and presentations as required by various departments.
• Organize and manage digital files, ensuring they are accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible.
• Perform basic data entry tasks, including entering, updating, and verifying data in our systems and databases.
• Handle bookkeeping tasks, expense reports, and assist with invoicing as needed.
• Assist with on boarding new employees and maintaining accurate employee records.
• Provide general administrative support to various departments, managing tasks and ensuring smooth communication across teams.
• Assist with special projects as required by management.

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proven experience in an administrative or data entry role is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other data entry software.
• Excellent typing skills, attention to detail, and accuracy in data entry.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively in a remote work setting.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines consistently.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Salary: $19 per hour during one week of training, then $29 hourly pay
