Participate in ongoing optional training and leadership development sessions
Qualifications
Strong communication and organizational skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Customer service or administrative experience is a plus, but not required
Self-motivated, coachable, and growth-oriented mindset
