About the Role
As our Administrative Specialist, youll play a key role in keeping our agency running smoothly. Youll assist with insurance-related administrative tasks, support customer service efforts, and ensure efficient office operations.
What Youll Do:
? Process insurance documents, applications, and policy changes
? Manage client records and maintain accurate documentation
? Handle phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries with professionalism
? Support the agent with scheduling, data entry, and general office tasks
? Assist with billing, payments, and claims follow-ups
? Maintain compliance with insurance regulations and agency procedures
What Were Looking For:
? Previous administrative or office support experience (insurance experience a plus!)
? Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
? Excellent communication and customer service abilities
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn insurance systems
? A team player with a positive, professional attitude
