Administrative Coordinator
Morrison Child and Family Services is a Joint Commission and Sanctuary accredited non-profit organization that provides a comprehensive array of services to children, adolescents, and their families. The Administrative Coordinator delivers comprehensive administrative and office management support to a highly mobile team, coordinating services and managing reports tied to federal funder and program requirements. Responsibilities Provide administrative support to remote staff across the United States Prepare and reconcile monthly visa and travel reports for staff with frequent out-of-state travel Track and monitor out-of-state travel and professional development fund usage Monitor budgets for professional development and office supplies Coordinate with agency departments and external partners to support operational efficiency Participate in program meetings and cross-departmental initiatives as assigned Provide basic technical and computer support and coordinate with IT resources as needed Serve as liaison to Facilities regarding building operations, security, and janitorial services Lead quarterly safety compliance activities and participate in virtual safety committee meetings Maintain vendor schedules and manage office supply inventory and mail Maintain and reconcile petty cash Support hiring, onboarding, and participation in local job fairs Complete accurate and timely timesheets and required administrative records Demonstrate a commitment to developing a thorough knowledge and application of the Sanctuary model and other organizational policies & practices Participate in staff development, in-services, and training related to workplace effectiveness; model professional behaviors and implement improvements to business practices with awareness of their impact in a trauma-informed behavioral healthcare organization Perform other duties as assigned to support program operations Skills High school diploma or equivalent is required One year of demonstrated office or administrative experience Intermediate proficiency with word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and email systems Must be at least 21 years of age prior to start date Understanding of trauma-informed practices Ability to pass a comprehensive criminal history background check Completion of 40 hours of required annual training (provided by Morrison) Ability to work Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., with flexibility upon approval Experience working with ORR programs Bilingual in Spanish written, read and verbal.
