We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment, providing administrative support, and enhancing overall efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer literacy and clerical skills, with a focus on customer service and time management.

Responsibilities
• Manage daily administrative tasks including scheduling appointments, maintaining calendars, and organizing files.
• Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and addressing inquiries.
• Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure all files are properly organized and easily accessible.
• Support office operations by coordinating supplies, equipment maintenance, and other logistical needs.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve office efficiency.

Skills
• Proficient in computer literacy with experience in office software applications.
• Strong clerical skills including filing, data entry, and document management.
• Excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong customer service skills to interact positively with clients and team members.
• Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.
