As an Administrative Assistant, you will be an integral part of our team, supporting the Vice President, WDW Product & Franchise Strategy, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth. What You Will Do
In this dynamic role, you will:
Provide administrative support to two executives, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations
Develop and refine strategic presentations for senior-level audiences using PowerPoint and Keynote
Partner with cross-functional teams to manage commercial forum agendas, project pipelines, and initiative reports
Interface with senior executives, their support teams, and key client groups, handling confidential and critical information
Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including profit centers, lines of business, and partner areas
Conduct research, fact-check existing work, and prepare regular reports and summaries
Coordinate travel itineraries, schedule meetings, and manage calendars
Assist with onboarding new employees, mentoring, and training other support professionals
Plan large-scale events, such as premiers, product launches, and team-building activities
Required Qualifications & Skills
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Minimum 5 years of administrative support, project management, or equivalent experience
Proven ability to lead, communicate, and organize executives and key partners across multiple operations
Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, Confluence, Concur, Teams, and Zoom
Ability to prioritize tasks, handle multiple projects, and maintain confidentiality
Flexibility to work overtime as needed in urgent situations
Preferred Qualifications
Preferred candidates will have:
Experience supporting Senior Executives
Knowledge of theme parks, resorts, and/or the travel industry
Experience developing creative decks for senior executive presentations
Education
A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience is required.
