Administrative Assistant, Partnership Marketing
USTA National Campus is the national governing body for tennis in the United States, focused on promoting and developing the sport. They are seeking a Partnership Marketing Administrative Assistant responsible for administrative tasks, managing executive calendars, and supporting the Partnership Marketing Department during the US Open period.ResponsibilitiesManage executive calendars and meeting requestsManage executive expense accounts and book executive travelAssist with tracking and updating the US Open sponsor ticket inventory and corporate assignmentsAssist with the review and updating of Sponsor Per Contract and Purchase account records, and coordinate per contract mailings with the Ticket OfficeProcess and track sponsor per session ticket purchase requests and provide receipts for reconciliationPerform general administrative duties, including but not limited to coordination of mailings, photocopying, emailing, and filingCoordinate tournament and holiday gifting programs to business clients; project schedule, work with Merchandise group to source gift options, update gift list, packaging, and shipping detailsMaintain an updated contact databaseMaintain staff attendance records and distribute staff weekly schedulesCoordinate department meetings and agendasSupport special event planning and logistics, including an annual Partner Briefing and Partner ReceptionOther duties as assignedSkillsAssociate's degree from an accredited college or university or equivalentDemonstrated strong work ethic, positive attitude, and professional client-facing demeanorExcellent organizational and time-management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsMust have the capability to remain calm and focused in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment (US Open)Must be available to work from the USTA National Tennis Center, Queens, NY, for the duration of the US Open (currently 3 weeks)This position is designated as 'hybrid/flex' and may allow for both remote and on-site work.
