Are you a highly organized and proactive administrative professional with a passion for supporting impactful teams? Join Starbucks as an Administrative Assistant supporting three directors across our licensed stores in the Northeast! As a key member of our team, you will provide advanced, dedicated administrative support, handling confidential and complex information with discretion and initiative. You'll be a vital link in ensuring the smooth operation of our licensed store partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:


Manage executive calendars with meticulous attention to detail, prioritizing tasks and resources to maximize productivity.
Provide comprehensive administrative support to three directors, including correspondence, communication, and project coordination.
Serve as a central point of contact, directing inquiries and facilitating information exchange between internal and external stakeholders.
Organize and execute complex administrative projects, including budget tracking, data analysis, and report generation.
Create visually compelling presentations, charts, and tables using advanced technology.
Coordinate travel arrangements, ensuring seamless and efficient executive travel.
Support team meetings, events, and initiatives, contributing to a collaborative and engaging work environment.
Proactively identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Provide onboarding and support to new partners within the department.
Champion company policies and provide training and coaching to the department.
Contribute to coffee education initiatives and promote awareness of company products and services.
