Join the Starbucks Team as an Administrative Assistant
We're seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Assistant to provide exceptional support to our License Stores team in the Carolinas. As a key member of our team, you will provide advanced administrative support, handle confidential and complex information, and exercise independent judgment to ensure seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to executives, including managing calendars, screening phone calls, and composing correspondence
Act as a point of contact for the business unit, answering questions and directing requests to appropriate partners
Organize and facilitate team meetings, conferences, and department activities
Direct and execute complex administrative projects, including budget coordination, research, and data analysis
Utilize advanced technical skills to create dynamic presentation materials and reports
Provide support for department hiring managers, new partner setup, and immersion activities
Schedule executive travel, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
Act as a peer leader to the administrative team, advising on company policies and procedures

Requirements:

Adaptability, collaboration, and excellent communication skills
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and virtual tools
Ability to balance multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and follow through on commitments
