Property Management — long term Virtual Assistant Wanted

We're a long term focused company in business for 20 years doing Property management and Real Estate. You'll work directly with the owner and manager as both a Admin Assistant and Prop Manager.

We’re looking for someone who is organized. Good communicator and can to track and measure. Help our business grow— prop management, organizing protocols, perhaps in future help w hiring or growing.

—Real Estate & Property Management Focus (Part-Time to Full-Time)

We're a Real estate company is seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to support property management operations, tenant coordination, bookkeeping, and real estate investment activities.

We'd like someone who is Resourceful, Loyal and Stable who would like to work with us Long Term.

This role requires experience with Buildium, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage tasks independently. The role also includes Airbnb host support, personal assistant tasks, and optional involvement in real estate acquisitions and wholesaling.

Our Business does:

Long Term Rentals (Using buildium for bookkeeping and collecting rents)

Short term Rentals (Airbnb/ VRBO)

Real estate Acquisitions Buying Selling

We may do a Paid Trial Task before hiring for long term.

Key Responsibilities:

Communicate with tenants via phone, text, and email

Manage leasing for new tenants (applications, screening, lease prep)

Coordinate maintenance requests and follow-ups

Maintain bookkeeping and financial records using Buildium or Appfolio

Track rent collection, lease renewals, and unit turnovers

Create and maintain organized reports and spreadsheets tracking Rent Rolls and Repairs (Google Sheets/Excel)

Keep files and documents well-organized in Google Drive and Google Docs

Assist in onboarding new properties and organizing files.

Perform light executive assistant duties (email management, calendar, task reminders)

—Real Estate Investment Support (Optional/Bonus):

Help with property acquisitions and deal tracking

Assist in bird dogging and lead generation for investment properties

Support wholesaling tasks such as building buyer/seller lists

Conduct research and data entry related to property investing strategies

Assist Real Estate Agent on team

-Requirements:

Some Property management experience is required (preferably residential rentals)

Proficient in Buildium software for both property management and bookkeeping

Skilled in Google Drive, Docs, and especially Google Sheets or Excel

Able to create clear reports and manage data/spreadsheets effectively

Customer Service Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)

Comfortable making and taking professional calls

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-directed

Tech-savvy with fast, reliable internet and quiet workspace

Bonus: Familiarity with real estate investing, wholesaling, or acquisitions

— Hours & Location:

Part-time to start, with potential to grow

Preferably available during U.S. Central Time business hours
