Administrative Assistant (Equestrian Fashion Brand)
10ā15 hrs/week, salary based on experience and skills
OVERVIEW
Supports day-to-day operations across customer communication, product coordination, and marketing support for a growing equestrian fashion brand. This role keeps systems organized, ensures timely responses, and streamlines workflows so leadership can stay focused at a high level.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
⢠Manage shared inboxes (info@) and platform messages (e.g., Faire)
⢠Manage social media inboxes (DMs) and respond to comments across social platforms and paid ads
⢠Coordinate and track donation requests
⢠Assist with customer support and platform issues (e.g., Recomsale)
⢠Manage sponsored rider program, including product seeding and communication
⢠Support influencer coordination (product sends, deliverables tracking, follow-up)
⢠Maintain product status trackers (upcoming, updated, discontinued styles)
⢠Write and update product descriptions and size charts
⢠Organize and manage product photos within the system
OPERATIONAL SUPPORT
⢠Consolidate updates, tasks, and key info into clear summaries
⢠Keep all details current, enabling efficient weekly check-ins and decision-making
Bonus / Preferred (Not Required)
:
⢠Equestrian background with an interest in style, apparel, and fashion
⢠Social content creation (photo/video, Reels/TikTok-style)
⢠Experience sourcing and organizing UGC
⢠Interest in supporting social media with content ideas and light execution
⢠Access to a horse/barn for authentic content creation and product try-ons
Location Note
⢠Seattle-based preferred for occasional in-person support (fittings, product reviews, content shoots).
