This role provides essential administrative support within our innovative, early-stage biopharmaceutical organization. Operating in a fast-paced setting, the position requires effective collaboration with a diverse range of internal and external business partners across Mineralys. The successful candidate will possess significant experience in managing varied administrative responsibilities and be capable of working autonomously and confidently under demanding conditions. The Administrative Assistant is integral to the efficient functioning of the Market Access department, offering comprehensive assistance to senior leaders and team members. This position necessitates exceptional organizational abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and proficiency in handling multiple tasks concurrently within a dynamic environment. The preferred candidate will exhibit professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment when managing confidential information. Responsibilities: Support senior leaders and teams and serve as a flexible resource across Market Access projects as priorities shift Support compliant document management and record-keeping in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations Manage and maintain schedules, including calendar management, meeting scheduling, travel arrangements and expenses for head of Market Access. Assisting Market Access managers with daily administrative needs. Assist with the preparation of presentations, and other materials as needed. Coordinate CDAs, Consulting Agreements and other documents via DocuSign Serve as a key administrative user for Market Access systems (e.g., Veeva, SharePoint), supporting data accuracy and organization Assist with setting up training and onboarding for new team members Maintain and organize the Market Access SharePoint site. Support payer related activities including advisory boards, payer meetings, workshops and internal access meetings. Help manage vendor interactions/meetings related to market access, pricing, analytics and other access operations. Experience and Qualifications: 5 years of experience in an administrative support role, preferably in a biopharmaceutical or life science focused industry Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with limited structure Strong judgment and discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information Ability to build trust and effective working relationships across all levels of the organization Strong organizational skills Ability to multitask with ease and prioritize work Excellent written and verbal communication skills Attention to detail and accuracy Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications, SharePoint, Veeva Manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism These positions are eligible for standard Company benefits including medical, dental, vision, time off and 401K, as well as participating in Mineralys incentive plans are contingent on achievement of personal and company performance. Actual compensation may vary from posted hiring range based on geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. US Salary Range: $80,000 - $95,000
