The role involves handling various tasks including managing executive calendars, coordinating events, and maintaining organized records.ResponsibilitiesSupporting executives, managing executive calendars, meetings, appointments and travel plansCoordinate events and onsites in collaboration with Executive AssistantsAct as a main point of contact for OCEO team in Toronto for onsites and other in-person eventsManage monthly expense reports and maintain organized recordsCoordinate all aspects of executive travel, including itinerariesHandling inquiries and requests, triaging business priorities with support from Executive AssistantProvide support to the OCEO team and collaborate with other departmentsContribute to the OCEO internal resources and community of best practicesAdminister department tools including our knowledge management system, ensuring content is up to dateAssist with special projects and other related duties as assignedLiaise with the Workplace Experience and other business teams as requiredSkills1-2 years of proven Administrative experienceProficiency in Google Suite and SlackStrong organizational and time-management skillsClear and concise communication both written and verballyAbility to multitask and prioritize tasks efficientlyAttention to detail and problem-solving skillsProfessional demeanor and ability to work both independently and as part of a teamExperience in event planning or managementExpense management experience, specifically using ConcurBenefitsTop-tier health benefitsDental, and vision insuranceFlexible time off policy, with an encouraged 20 days off per year.$2000 annual counseling benefitRRSP matching and RESP contributionClioversary recognition program with special acknowledgement at 3, 5, 7, and 10 yearsCompany OverviewClio provides cloud-based legal practice management software, helping law firms manage cases, billing, and client relationships.
