Responsibilities: Administración de viajes – hospedaje y transporte. Facturación y comprobación de gastos de viaje. Asistencia con expedientes de empleados. Recepción de paquetería.Compras (papelería, limpieza, dispositivos).Administración de inventario de Marketing.Administración de inventario de IT.Servicios (Luz, internet, agua, mantenimiento a impresoras).Accesos a la oficina. (Tarjetas de acceso elevador y puerta).Suscripciones de ususarios en nuestras plataformas digitales. Posteo de facturas en cierre de mes.Atender llamadas telefonicas. Asistencia en eventos internos de la empresa. Requirements: Customer Service.Actitud positiva, atención al detalle e independencia. Buena comunicación y habilidades interpersonales. Microsoft office (Excel, Word , Power Point).Disponibilidad.Recien egresado.
