The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the Business Administration Manager and Operations Team including various tasks.Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Will always include those specifically assigned by the immediate supervisor
Manage office email correspondence, mail, invoices, etc.
Assist with scheduling meetings and training sessions
Answer main line calls and forward to appropriate personnel
Welcome guests
Kitchen upkeep
Mail, Fed Ex, packages
Assist with company events, meetings, and conferences as needed
Meeting agenda coordination for large meetings
Assist in interview coordination with both candidates and interviewers
Other administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications of Successful Candidates:
Able to maintain confidentiality
High degree of professionalism and demeanor
Good communication and listening skills
Excellent customer service skills
Patient, even-tempered and works well under pressure
Able to be an effective team player and interacts well with others
Organized and detail-oriented
Firm, fair and consistent
Effective time management skills
Able to work weekends or overtime as job requires
Education and Experience Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent Required
1-3 years of professional experience preferred
Other and/or Preferred Education/Experience:
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook)
Work Environment:
This position is based in the company’s headquarters, downtown Dallas with some flexibility for hybrid work. In office Monday – Thursday. Remote: Friday.Compensation:
