About the position We’re looking for a motivated B2B Sales Rep who thrives in the field and knows how to turn outreach into results. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting local businesses, managing a pipeline, and working independently. Responsibilities • Visit and engage businesses through outbound and door‑to‑door outreach • Manage leads in Salesforce and guide prospects through the process • Build strong relationships using customer service and recruiting skills • Solve problems on the spot and work across multiple tech systems Requirements • 1-2 years in sales and/or customer service experience. • Exceptional customer service and communication skills. • Professionalism, enthusiasm for teamwork, and a high sense of urgency. • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities in the field. • Tech-savvy with experience working with multiple systems and technology. Nice-to-haves • Field sales experience is a plus. • Prior experience in sales and/or negotiation roles is a plus.
