A&D Sales Manager
FLSA STATUS: Exempt DEPARTMENT: Sales SUPERVISOR: Global Sales Director DIRECT REPORTS: None Position Summary This position is responsible for driving growth and profitability across the U.S. Aerospace & Defense (A&D) market for Intelliconnect. The U.S. A&D Sales Manager/Technical Sales Manager will own customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and position Intelliconnectâs high-performance interconnect solutions within strategic defense, marine, cryogenic, and medical markets. Weâre looking for a technically minded sales professional with the ability to bridge engineering and customer engagement - someone who can confidently represent complex products, understand customer needs, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver precision solutions. Success in this role means meeting revenue goals, expanding key accounts, and strengthening Intelliconnectâs presence across prime contractors, OEMs, and system integrators. This person thrives in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment and values innovation, responsiveness, and trusted partnerships. Minimum Qualifications Education: ⢠Bachelorâs degree in Electrical Engineering, Business, or related discipline preferred. ⢠Equivalent technical and sales experience may be considered. Experience: ⢠5+ years of technical sales experience in interconnect systems, RF/microwave, cable assemblies, or other engineered components. ⢠Proven success developing new business and managing accounts in the Aerospace & Defense industry. ⢠Experience supporting DOD contractors, primes, and major OEMs preferred.
